Have you ever been around someone and you don’t feel that you are good for them? You feel that your standards do not add up and that they are better when you aren’t around them?
This is a feeling that is not uncommon, and many people find themselves in a situation where they feel that they have to keep lowering themselves and being someone else to make their partner happy.
They know that its really just in their head, but it puts problems between them and their partner and makes them feel that they are not good enough.
No one wants to be with someone that makes them feel that way or thinks that way. They want to be with someone that appreciates and loves them.

You must figure out where these feelings come from and know what is going on inside of you that makes you feel unworthy.
You are not with someone that is too good for you because no human is ever better than other people. We are often irrational in the way that we think though and we allow others and our experiences to make us feel if we fit in or not.
We have to realize where the behaviors in your thoughts come from and work on them.
Maybe as a child you had strong confidence and then you had something go wrong that caused you to be scared and feel not good enough.
The things we go through as children can shape our minds and the way that we see who we are for the remainder of our lives.
Think about things in your childhood. Were you told you weren’t good enough?
By telling yourself that you are not good enough for someone puts up walls around your emotions. This happens because you are afraid that they will hurt you.
When you have a fear of rejection, you convince yourself that you are inadequate in your relationship.
Hurt in Love
Feelings of being inferior can come because of past relationships. Maybe you let your guard down and your partner hurt you in some way.
If you have a feeling that your past relationship didn’t work out, you might be feeling those feelings of not being good enough now.
We worry about not being good enough sometimes because we are insecure in who we are. This can happen because of a lack of self-esteem and trust.

You may have problems with your physical changes. If you are sick or if you have something wrong, then you might form a negative opinion about yourself.

If you feel that you are not good enough, you have to work on yourself so that your relationship can be stronger. Here are some ways to do that:
Figure Out the Problem
The first thing you have to do is to figure out why you feel the way that you do. There might be different reasons that you feel that way but figure out why and fix it.
Talk to Someone
Find a friend or a therapist that you can talk to. They can support you and help you to get rid of your judgment and have your best interest in mind.
You have to build your confidence and see that you are good enough. Be conscious of the way that you hold yourself. Stand tall and look people in the eyes. Make small changes that will impact you big.
Focus on Being Happy
Being happy with yourself can make you happy in your relationship. Learn to be positive and to focus on the things that make you happy.
Put your self-worth first and show people to love you.
Challenge who you are and do things that make you see how strong of a person that you are.
Love Who You Are
When you have low self-esteem, you have a harder time being accepted. Learn to love yourself. You do not always have to be the prettiest or the best in order to be worthy of love.
Remember that you are not the only person that has low self-esteem. Everyone worries that they are not good enough and we all have to try to improve this.
Take time and be honest with yourself about your relationships. Do you feel anxious and do you feel that you are not good enough in your relationship? If so, why?

Take time to talk to your partner about what you are feeling. Sit down and talk to them and let them know how you feel. Realize that you have a right to talk to them and you need to realize how they behave towards you.
If you are working through this with your partner, then you need to learn to spend time together. Learn to do what makes you happy and to figure out how to have fun together.
Work on your self-esteem and make sure that you are putting the effort into your relationship and that you are becoming more confident and stronger.
